Welcome to Puzzling Islands (“the Game”), developed and published by Dinervsys (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you (“you,” “the player”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play the Game on your personal device for entertainment purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including artwork, characters, music, and code, remain the property of Dinervsys.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinervsys is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to device issues, data loss, or gameplay disruptions.
